Taralli - Spicy Red Pepper

Treat yourself to some taralli, one of southern Italy's favorite snacks. Our recipe has been perfected over decades from Mamma Gianna and passed down to our customers. Taralli are crunchy oval or ring shaped crackers, most often compared to the consistency of hard pretzels without the salt (our versions are a bit more crunchier). They are made from a simple flour dough and available in different flavors such as the original recipe, spicy black pepper, spicy red pepper, wine, and beer. Try them all!
